The 2017 EagleFest will be Friday, September 29th from 4:30 – 8:00 pm. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend this fun family event!

Alpharetta Elementary School hosts an annual EagleFest on the school grounds. The EagleFest typically features a variety of inflatables, games, crafts, basket raffles, refreshments, a bake sale, cake decorating contest, and more. Admission is free and it is open to the public. Tickets for the various activities and refreshments may be purchased in advance (for a discount), or at the event.

The objective of the EagleFest is to raise money in a way that also provides a fun event involving teachers, students, parents, families, and the local community. The money raised during the EagleFest is put back into the school through improvements and teacher grants.  Costs are kept at a minimum so to encourage everyone to come and participate.

To help make the EagleFest a success, please pitch in to help!  We need help with a ton of things and anytime you can volunteer, we can find a job for you!  If you are artistic, we would love to have help making signs; if you don’t mind making calls, we need people to solicit donations for various items.  If you have a couple of extra minutes the week of the carnival, just come by the school and we will put you to work.  Most importantly, please help out your room rep by volunteering to work a shift at the game your child’s class is responsible for.

You can download the 2016 EagleFest ticket order form here.

If you would like to reserve a time to have your students(s) or family play Laser Tag at EagleFest, please download the form here. Times will only be reserved if you have paid in full.

BIGhead Cartoons will be drawing a limited number of caricatures for just $10 per head. Don’t miss out on this great chance to take home a personalized keepsake from EagleFest. Here’s the Sign Up form.

If you have any questions, or would like to volunteer, please contact Trish Watkins .
